During my tenure as an IT Specialist at Exzel IT Consulting, I utilized PowerShell and Windows Task Scheduler to develop a solution for a critical issue faced by several of our clients. Following the Free Parking and Dreamscape merger, many of our clients' web domains were down, jeopardizing their businesses. I spearheaded the development and deployment of an automated email system that tested and verified the domains functionality, ensuring that customers could reach them. This solution proved crucial for Profloors and its many domains allowing them to run their businesses seamlessly while also keeping our IT company informed of any potential issues
